Pickup Policy

Orders are pickup-first. After the seller marks an order ready for pickup, pickup details will be shared through the order flow or direct order communication.

Pickup is expected the same day the order is ready for pickup unless the buyer and seller clearly coordinate a different arrangement in order messages.

If someone else will pick up your order, communicate that clearly in the order messages before pickup. The pickup person should be able to identify the order and buyer.

If you cannot make the pickup time, message the seller as soon as possible. Missed pickup with no communication will result in seller cancellation and refund of any payment already made.
